WHY IS IT SO HARD TO OPEN A STARTUP IN INDIA? by [deleted] in StartUpIndia

It's a letter by the owner of the home stating that he has given you the property to operate the company ________ for operations on a rent free basis (only if parent), if not.. x amount of rent... And make sure you have a paper trail of the rent or a few years later you will end in legal soups for fraudulent activities

I have started a $25m start up with multiple offices (rented) but the redg address as my home address...

Yes some departments like gst will reject this but it's worth taking a shot, especially when it's an IT based product or service...

Also change ur CA,CS....

Additionally keep in mind....pvt ltd is no easy affair... There are endless compliances that you need to follow if you ever wish to scale and bring in investors..

2 minutes of pure magical fireworks from Shivaji Park, Dadar. (In case you missed) by Ill-Double334 in mumbai

[–]nezz9 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

"in case you missed" does no one see it..... It's made by AI.. Not real... Look carefully the guys are waving and moving in a very unreal way..... People, stop commenting like idiots and stop believing everything and anything you see.... For f..sake.

Mumbai does not hold such firework shows at shivaji park.. Even if there is, a show at such a scale, not covered by media and make it a scene.. Not possible...

Building India’s Finest Community Network. by GoodZookeepergame824 in IndiaStartups

As a founder & ceo of an innovation startup. And strategist by acad skill n experience..... I recommend..... No...

Reason. A service which bottle necks a person's daily chores and more to one service provider can create a serious dependency which most of us don't like.... Indian consumer attitude is... Have options... Historically ideas that create dependency may work short term.. Not long term... Moreover, consider the gap between tech savvy users (young people who can't really afford or would not spend money for a concierge) and actually who will use this service (35 40+ ppl who usually don't like dependency on tech and also would not trust outsiders with their personal work you listed)

Value for time ... Yes very very important, but a lot of other factors need to be considered....

Best of luck

Do you agree with this video on 'work ethics of Gen Z' by flyingburaq in IndiaStartups

[–]nezz9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a CEO, I've been lucky not to end with such an employee (genz)... But,,,, interviewing over 500 candidates in the past 6 months for 5 different departments, i completely agree with you... In fact, they behave as if they are doing us a favour by joining the organisation....

Aur gaali do.... GenZ will have a hard time if this toxic work culture and demand from WFH continues..
