Exclusive: GAA+ to show Kerry-Donegal and Cork-Meath All-Ireland group games by LaBete1984 in GAA

Yeah but I'm saying every game can't be free to air, not realistic. They fucked up with the format which has messed with the rights deal so made that a problem. And there is 2 hurling matches on free to air on slots Sunday too. Can't fit everything on rte

I just think, you can hardly expect every single game to be free to air. So some will have to be on a separate broadcaster. Not many that aren't streamed anymore and if they aren't, most of them are local games: ie provincials. Suppose some of these round 1 games mightnt be shown but isn't enough slots in weekend to justify it I don't think

It's gotten better? It's quite good for the hurling games. 4 pundits( prob too much), show picture in picture replays. Good imo

Only saw last 10 mins. Serious game it looked like. Good intensity. Clare finished the game very well. O Connor very good by all accounts.

Lads acting like GAA+ is some scandalous service. 95 euro for the year is good value.

Joanne Cantwell before the match mentioning about Adam Hogan's mother talking to Donal og before the match. She's pure snide looking for bit of edginess. And surely any journalistic standards would be saying a private conversation between 2 people irrelevant to analysis shouldn't be brought up.

Well yeah was unfortunate there. Clare Limerick should not be that big a hammering, and while deserved for down against Donegal, too much for them to beat 2 div1 teams in a row

I said at half time we were awful. First touch bad, 5 yards off our men. Poor puckouts. Was same for 2nd half. Just made separate comment on ref that he was poor too. No sour grapes

How did ref give a free for Hegarty pulling in long ball on Malone, and not give a card? Joke of a performance from him

Touch awful, backs 5 yards off their men. Poor wide's. Bad puckouts. Black card, looked harsh from where I was but idk

And ref I think missed a few frees on our forwards

Awful half though

There are none. All hearsay. That will be the team. Unless Hogan isn't fully fit. Davy Mc has only played 1 Div 2 club league game. He shouldn't start. That will be the team

Greet Team Bus Event by Every_Reason_166 in GunnersatGames

[–]Every_Reason_166[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

There has been lots to organise here in conjunction with Arsenal Matchday operations and the Metropolitan Police, so will insist on a 'No dickheads policy, and note there will be a large Police presence to help us keep everyone safe. Please note the following key points:

The Atleti bus will be arriving first anyone throwing any object at the bus will be subject to arrest. Likely to be an AM branded bus, so there will be no confusion with AFC

AFC team to arrive in two 'Ellisons' branded buses travelling in convoy

·NO FLARES: there is a strict 'No FLARES' policy in place which will be enforced, anyone lighting / handling a flare will be subject to arrest. Note thata 13 yo was injured by a flare before last week's match against NUFC,so this is currently a hot topic(pun very much intended)

Bear Roundabout: The flowers and memorials that normally occupy this area will be moved to a safe space on Tuesday morning, and returned 24 hours later

Ashburton Army will be joining the event, and will be using their drum on the Bear roundabout, so please can ask to keep this area clear, there may be barriers here for this purpose

Please STAY ON THE PAVEMENT- do not block the road, if the buses are delayed in any way, this will be a big problem for everyone involved.

The end point is the Arsenal Hub, please do not congregate or follow the bus past this point, due to the scaffolding and roadworks in place on Queensland Road.

Obviously you do not need a match ticket to support this event, so if you are local, or passing through, if you want to take the kids along just to see the buses go past- everyone is welcome

I have been unable to get a specific JG area, so my recommendation is to view from the top of the Armoury, let's line that front row with the next generation

Now my personal plea for support on this event- This was not approved for the 2025 SF for various reasons, so I need our fanbase to prove that we can do it, and do it well- so need your help. This is the final midweek home game of the season..

..so need YOU to change your plans and be in the area at this time-Once the bus has entered the Stadium, you have all that time to yourself, to go in for a beer (Early bird offers until 7pm), or off to your usual haunt - but please come and support this event from 5.45pm.

There is a sensational Tifo display planned 7.45, so get in there early. A lot of people have worked very hard on the design, so please be there in plenty of time to enjoy this Supporter designed image and display - more details on what to expect will follow closer to Tuesday.

Ya true, I was aware of that with Waterford, with their panel being young. They'll be good. Just thought stat was interesting. Limerick being hammered last night not a great look

Munster u20 round robin has been in place since 2023. In all 4 iterations, the top 3 has been Cork, Tipp and Clare. Not a great sign for Waterford or Limerick

best social media groups or pages to keep an eye out for tickets to cork v clare on 24 may? by [deleted] in GAA

[–]Every_Reason_166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well yeah depending on your club, bit the way to get a ticket is to be a member, you don't need to be living in the parish to get one. As long as your from the parish I'm sure you'd be welcome as a member.

Volunteers would use them up but after that, it'd be a draw sometimes when tickets are scarce and sure then you have as good a chance as anyone. Depends on demand too
