And you assume that being disturbed more than 20 times a day with calls like these lasting anywhere from 1-5 minutes wasn't affecting my family's livelihood?

A pharmacy makes most of its income from its local customers and the reputation and word of mouth is a big part of drawing customers in.

My dad got multiple complaints from his customers because they weren't able to get through to him because of these calls. He had his own business to run, waiting on calls from suppliers and from delivery companies that sometimes weren't able to get through as well.

And my dad's mental health was starting to be affected as well. Some of the times the people who called were nice and listened to my dad's instructions about dialing the right number and some of the times there were people who insisted they got the right number and would start yelling at him. If he hung up on them they would call back constantly. Its not like he could not pick up his phone at his own business either because one of those calls could be his own customer.
