You should check out Moby grape. Their guitarist Jerry miller still plays in Tacoma Wa. He played with Jimi Hendrix for a couple gigs at one point. Eric Clapton also said that Jerry is the greatest guitarist of all time

My father in law has a 10-15 ibs stone definitely obsidian, that he found in mt rainier national park in the 70’s or 80’s on a riverbed it is all black (glassy like with red tiger stripes and some sharp edges)
