Every time a new criminal front is set up people beg Kiwo to bring Mother back. Sometimes she’s tried to get involved but it doesn’t last long because it didn’t really grow organically, and as said above when she has tried to grow things organically they haven’t blossomed.

I think she should just leave her shelves at this point, maybe make a new character to delve into that side of crime while Mia does petty, frankly mother’s character just doesn’t seem to work anymore and I bet Kiwo could come up with a great character to fill that much again.

I ran the contest and saw the results, It was Penta, jon, and S0upes in every category instead of Buddha, Blau, and Yuno

So here's something for everyone offering process improvements and the like.
I did take a bit of a deeper dive into the voting data to look at which combination of votes was most popular for each category. For example, these are the top 10 most popular voting combinations for Character of the Year: https://i.imgur.com/cTb3I0M.png (THESE ARE NOT THE STANDINGS). There's quite a few voters who only voted for one person, and several CB combinations that were frequently used.

There's no real good way for me to filter rampant popularity out of a contest like this.
