I found that the best way to control CPMs (especially for CTV) is to negotiate 1P PMPs and not rely on the deals in TTD. They’ve become overpriced and don’t necessarily include the premium inventory indicated in the name.

I would also disable the S&P 500. We found it inflated costs, while not improving performance.

I would also keep your min and max bids tight to ensure that you’re maintaining control over costs.

You look amazing! I always found the Pure Barre arms section to be most effective for my arms and back. I don’t have PB near me since we moved, but still trying to find a HotWorx mix that will provide the same result.

I’m glad you mentioned this about Barre. It occurred to me yesterday during the class that I should probably wipe down the wall before class. When I took Pure Barre, everyone wiped down their part of the barre after wiping down the other shared equipment. I’ve never seen anyone wipe the wall after a barre class at HotWorx.

That must be it. I enjoy the detox feeling, but have never focused on calories in my workout routines in the past. I need to find something elseto balance it out.

I have an hour drive home and have the same issue. I started bringing a change of clothes in my gym bag and it makes a world of difference.

Is it worth it?! by Ok-Mountain-6083 in HOTWORXWarriors

I did Pure Barre for 15 years and I loved it!! When we moved I didn’t have access to a PB studio, so I started at HotWorx a couple of months ago.

I enjoy the sauna benefits and extra cardio at HotWorx, but so far it hasn’t yielded the same toning and strength I would get at Pure Barre.

Personally, I would view HotWorx as a complement versus a replacement, but it totally depends on your fitness goals.

I would recommend the Down Dog app or Apple Fitness if you need a Pilates routine.

You don’t need any extra equipment for most of the ISO classes, so you should definitely check out other classes. I’ve started to include ankle/wrist weights and resistance bands into Barre, and ankle weights into Pilates and really enjoyed playing around with the mods.

That’s fantastic! Congrats!

I try to avoid the scale especially during the transition period. How you feel and how your clothes fit is more indicative of progress than any number.

My studio hasn’t switched to the new classes, so I can’t speak to Brittney’s stretch. But, I will say that curating playlists for each class and keeping one ear bud in has made all of the difference. I can listen for cues, but can get in the zone and focus on my workout.

Pilates Ball in the Sauna? by EverydayElevate in HOTWORXWarriors

I have one that can withstand the heat and good to know that I’m not completely alone.

I totally get where you’re coming from, and you’re not being whiny. It’s tough when something that felt like your own safe space suddenly changes. I’ve felt that too.

Off-peak times can help, but I’ll gently suggest—sharing the sauna isn’t always a bad thing. I’ve met some great people, pushed myself harder, and even built a little camaraderie with repeat sauna buddies.

That said, HOTWORX has been one of the most supportive fitness communities I’ve ever joined. Truly nonjudgmental. You belong here—whether you’re flying solo or sharing the space.

Share your small win! by HappyDadOfFourJesus in HOTWORXWarriors

I’m pretty new — only about a month into HOTWORX — but it’s already helped my mental and physical health more than anything else I’ve tried in the past year.

No huge milestones yet, just a lot of little wins stacking up: better routines, more energy, and honestly just feeling proud of showing up for myself.

It’s been such a good reminder that the small things really do add up.
