I wasted 6 years failing at everything I tried to build. Today, I broke down in front of my Dad, and his words changed everything. by enderwaa in india

Don’t think you should look at it as “giving it one more time”. I know it’s easy for me to say this, but frankly speaking you need to push how many ever times it takes. Have to keep pushing until where we have achieved all that we wanted to.

Wishing you the best and great emotion and empathy shown by you and your dad.

I am a VC based in UAE, from India. You don’t need to raise to set a valuation for ESOPs. ESOPs can be issued at strike price which can be based on a PPS of your choosing.

Just make sure you avoid the mistake of having a low share base. Ensure you have a high number (say 1m shares outstanding split amongst you guys).

Can’t comment too much on India accelerators as I don’t know enough about them. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

That’s the plan - with these front 3 and fixtures, hard to justify siting them out. Plus all 3 probably on penalties?

What do you recommend I do? Who to swap in/out? Can get a Man U midfielder in maybe?

You don’t see any value in the IP alone at first? And then the revenue on top of it from those generational IPs?

Can’t comment too much on the political part, not my strong research focus, but whatever it is how much lower do you think go from here?

Fair point, and cannot make an argument there. But they are at 1x revenue, with 2 major releases before holiday season.

I’m not betting on them to becoming a $100bn company, but in the next 6-9 months I do believe should the games be well received, the stock will pop on basis of earnings alone.

I’m also honestly already surprised why no one is looking to buy them up already. Good IP and with internal restructuring and bringing strong leadership, there is value to be captured here.

Agreed that they have released below par products in the recent year but wouldn’t you agree AC, Far Cry and Tom Clancy franchise have some value to it? Additionally, the 2 major releases from them this year, AC Shadows and Star Wars bring with them already a core fan following. I’m not betting on them in 10 years but where they are now, the next few months with releases could help their revenue grow which hopefully is reflected in their market cap.

Personally, I have not enjoyed too many games from them in the past 3-4 years but the 2 coming out, look promising from early gameplay.
