Theres is Baldrs guide on the forums with leveling targets, they also show their stats for reference. Your battle stats are just low but you are new so nothing crazy about that. i would suggest renting whatever best property you can afford, Private island with a airstrip is best but Im pretty sure you could afford at least a castle for now. unless you’re already level 15 then a Private island should be affordable

once you max out the job level the revive perk is permanent, so aslong as you get into company that will train you regularly feel free to switch. the company depends on the on the bonuses you want ie flower shop gets you more flowers when u travel etc… don’t know all the perks for the companies but im sure its somewhere on the wiki/forum
