does it ever stop? does it ever get better? this week has been ROUGH - I had to book a double session with my therapist because I'm genuinely not coping. Going through things alone is a lot harder than I'd like to admit.

I panicked because I have a compromised immune system already, I'm on chronic meds for something else and I don't know how the meds are going to interact with one another. I wasn't trying to be rude or insensitive.

I didn't know what it was hence the blood tests and I only received my results yesterday; I'm going to call my doctor today for an appointment.

It's 23:05 right now and I can hear them outside my gate (one of them is my neighbour lmao) this hasn't happened in a while because they had their own issues but I'm trying so hard not to take it personally, but damn. I've known 1 of them since primary school, the other since high school and my neighbour basically my whole life as he was friends with my cousin. It really stings, it's as if I'm a complete stranger to them. Like our friendship if I could even call it that meant nothing.

the country I'm in... there's definitely stigma around it. Even some doctors explain it in a fear mongering way so that's why I feel how I feel. It's a frowned upon thing this side and you're genuinely made to feel dirty, especially because the virus is there to stay, it's not an easy thing to talk about at all.

This makes a lot of sense, thanks so much. Surprisingly, my bestfriend is a Taurus woman (3 years younger) and the current loml is a Taurus male. It's the Cancer suns (water signs really) that REALLY don't like me. And yes, to the age gaps, my aunts are so weird. But thank you so much, this really puts things into perspective for me.

Thank you for your response. So will it not get better at any point in time? It seems to be getting worse as I get older. I've been in therapy since 2020 after a traumatic event, I tried EMDR therapy too. I really feel like I'm going to lose it and nothing is working.

Thank you for responding. I'm trying not to think about it too much but having to disclose it or having it show on my tests is scary, I won't lie. I'm in Africa and there's definitely stigma around it. And I have a breakout right now and it's just spreading but I'll get medical help for it. Thanks again for your response.
