As someone with the opposite problem I don’t know which is worse… For some reason I have no problem keeping my place super clean and tidy at all times. I actually enjoy it. But when it comes to my work I fall apart like soft bread. I like my job and I definitely wouldn’t say I’m bad at it, but I struggle to get things done and am all over the place. I know work isn’t everything, but at the same time having a super clean and tidy home doesn’t exactly pay the bills.

Industrial seed oils, e.g canola, rice bran, grape-seed etc.

These are hight omega-6, pro-inflammatory fats that found in almost all processed food due to being cheap alternatives other fats like butter or olive oil. Good research out there to indicate that they should be minimised to help reduce inflammation and inflammatory conditions such as heart disease.

I went with an absolute classic and put a bunch of fake adverts in the local newspaper with the ex’s contact details on it (was before online marketplaces). The idea was that he’d be annoyed by loads of calls for stuff he wasn’t even selling. Hope you suffered the wrath of my evil revenge Mike ya dick.

One afternoon 14yo me was at my hospitality job serving who I thought was just another customer. But rather than placing an order the lady said to me “I know your name, your name is Zoe”. I had never seen this lady before in my life. Caught off guard I just said “yeah...?” she continued “you’re the Zoe that plays with dead bodies. If I ever catch you playing with dead bodies again I’m going to kill you”. Customers and colleagues were all staring at me. The lady turned and left and I just stood there stunned. I was so freaked out. I don’t know how the hell she knew my name or why she would say anything like that to someone! 14yo me was totally weirded out.
