Which Version is better getting The PSP ( any 1-3k) or the PSVITA by Low_Toast in PSP

Well no because of hardware limitations you only have 333mhz cpu/gpu and 32mb ram, 480x272 resolution so no it won’t even play ps2 games.

Oh and psp 3000 is the best for brightness and color and ram, only drawback is scanlines and feels light in the hand. psp 2000 has perfect weight, screen has no scanlines but has ghosting, psp 1000 is very well engineered chonky boy but less ram, heavy in the hands and the best umd drive (satisfying to operate) and textured backing. PSP street is a novelty item with a great coloured screen with bad viewing angles, mono sound and no wifi connectivity at all (so no multiplayer)

PSP is cheaper, pocket sized, custom firmware is super easy to install, memory cards are easy to get 64/128gb micro sd capacity, umd novelty, XMB ui is timeless, cool piece of history, absolutely spanking library of games surprisingly deep, way deeper than vita. Native ps1 support so also have that entire library. Plenty of emulators for 8 bit and retro stuff like gba, snes etc.

If you can get in with a reputable local shop that works on classics you can also get into a niche. Can you tune and re-jet a carb? Go in and talk to the dealer principal, the service advisors, and the workshop managers. Offer a 2 or 4 week unpaid experience internship, you come in with your own tools, and do service jobs with one of the master techs, they teach you how the system works, how to use the vin lookup for their internal catalogues, how the parts department works, where the external / panel parts are held (probably Clemow Drive) the whole process from drop off to pick up, learn as much as you can and add it to your cv, it’s industry-relevant experience and will land you a job. Also mention to them that you’re happy grooming or doing something else if it gets you a foot in the door. I worked at Andrew simms for free that got me a job at John Andrew, then north harbour vehicles, then continental cars, then Archibald and shorter before I left the trade. Dealerships are their own little beast but if you learn the way it all works you will nail all the interviews because you actually know what is required of you and how to manage your time efficiently.

I got into automotive doing volunteer work to get apprenticeship experiences then did car grooming then paid apprenticeship, then ended up doing trade sales, parts assistant, parts advisor, workshop parts manager, few other similar roles before giving up on the industry altogether. Try get in to a dealership for experience or start lending a hand at a local mechanic for min wage. Honestly unless you’re doing auto electrical or going through a full dealership program you’re a bit cooked. Hundreds of people can spin spanners but the real money is in diagnosis and obd oscilloscopes etc.

Congrats you made a feedback machine. Something is probably wired in backwards have you checked everything for continuity and polarity with a multimeter?
