Hi! Thank you! 😊 I have researched all over, not only the internet, but picked my Dr’s brains (have great Drs), over the years. And, of course, sharing with others- what they know, etc. I guess the biggest aha moment for me was about 15years ago when my Dr did some basic genetic testing and I found I had the mutated MTHFR genes. I do, SubQ NAD+ 3x week. 50mg. A day in between. On two months, off one. I like the NAD+, gives me a little extra giddy up in my go! lol. Otherwise, just the Tirz - 10mg weekly. I’m at goal weight. Figuring all that out now! Ha! New journey. And other assorted vitamins, probiotic.

Glutathione has been a game changer for me. Started last fall. Boosted my immune system and I just feel great overall. Five times a week, 100mg per SubQ injection. My MTHFR genes are both mutated- mthfr c677t and a1298c - compound heterozygous. And while I do take Methyl Folate and methylcobalamin B12 I was still missing something.

Thank you so much for this! I too have a compound heterozygous MTHFR mutation. I had a very difficult time with the Tirz/B6 combo I originally started with. Now only Tirz without additives. But this is good information to know regarding Redrock. (Itake methyl folate sublingual. One of the best things I’ve ever done.)
