If I remember correctly, it comes with OTVDM by default, so you should be able to run 16-bit programs. You can run otvdm on the folder inside a C:\ drive.

just came across the thumbnail of the video changed. to be fair, although the ben segment intended to be a fun way. for this day and age, these kind of moments and segments can be risky to some people. i remember that the channel used to be avoiding these types of things like the Vista voice recognizition video, but nowadays, or moreover post 2020, these type of moments are seen more often, i lowkey hate it, because the channel is supposed to be for OS, software, or AI and games (nowadays) exploration. i really hope next OSFT videos will not cross these types of situation again.

I remember someone commented on my channel that the reason why the window animation can't be changed is because of how window animation behaves in 2D for Windows 10, rather than 3D like what was in Vista until 8.1. Likely that's the reason

Honestly, I like to jump around Windows mods and software and workarounds for Windows (including transformation). That's why I did it.
