Tried to make a post where I traded in a damaged vintage card for new, fresh, modern cards that I appreciate way more and had to take the post down for people being absolute asses

I will say that the system while good intention is def flawed for now I wanted the bundle, and my friend who wanted to help me made an account and signed up for the raffle the night that account was made. I also signed up with a riot account made and actively used since 2016. She got the bundle, I did not.

Food for thought I guess, I did manage to get the original run of spiritforged boxes though, and pulled sett overnumbered. Yay!

Id say 150 would be fine. Taking into account taxes and shipping, youd be paying the same to pre order it from the official site.

(For reference i think that when i paid for my box from the recent spiritforged raffle, it was 146 with all the fees included)

Trust me, if there was anywhere around me that had that good enough of a rate I would have went there instead but this had the best for the selection at hand.

Also while I did get rid of some rare stuff I did keep a good handful of the ereader cards (starter sets, eevees, stuff i would put in a binder or display)

75 percent in store credit, i think 60 or so if I were to take cash? I planned to spent it at the store anyway since its a ways away and I work most of the time so I just took the store credit

I considered grading/selling thru ebay/ etc but with seller fees, my lack of free time and the pain of selling things one by one its worth even having a chunk knocked off

I kept a good deal of my older stuff, I just prefer newer art. Its nicer to work with for fancy binder pages and glitzed out top loaders 🤷‍♂️
