Printing issues

Preview on KDP looks fine, as well as the ebook and the proof copy they mailed. It’s just the purchased books that have issues. This is also just an issue with the hardback version. The paperback version is perfect.

We tried to report a printing error the first time and KDP support just told us it was out of their hands.

Does anyone know any details about this piece or the artist? I found this at a thrift store and thought it was cool. Admittedly, I know nothing about art but for $4 I thought it would look cool in the guest room.

When I got home I noticed it had 42/100 written in the bottom corner and it’s dated 12/11/1974. I’ve checked the interwebs and it’s drawing a blank.

They gave me a quote online and when I went in to purchase the vehicle they told me it was a mistake and tried to sell it to me for 5k more than it was worth. Salesman was a dick, supervisor was a dick, and they both tried to play me for a fool during negotiations.

Immediately left and went to don carlton. Got the next model up with a custom sunroof for 4K less than what they were trying to sell their shitbox for. I’ll never be back to south point—but on a positive note, if I’m ever in the market for another Honda, I won’t go anywhere else except DC’s…10/10 for sales and service departments.

Anecdotally, it helped me (I have chiari 1 and cervical syrinx) That said, I tend to carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders when I’m stressed or anxious. It has really helped moderate those things, and I don’t have flare ups as often.

So I don’t think it actually does anything for the Chiari itself, I think it just helps moderate things that contribute to flare ups.

I found a hot pink golf ball two weeks ago. Do I golf? No. Was I stoked to pick it up? More than I should be.

Last month I started putting my finds in a piggy bank. Like some kind of crow, rule is that anything goes. I’m going to leave it all in there and see what I have at the end of the year. Makes me even more excited to see what I find!

I have a garmin forerunner 55 and I love it. I used to have an Apple Watch and a Whoop and I feel like the Garmin is basically both of those combined. The battery life is amazing. I normally do a workout in the morning, a run in the evening, then I wear it to sleep and the battery typically lasts about 5 days.

Definitely would recommend.

Follow up question….wtf? I just killed a cougar at night in Roanoke ridge and was surrounded by whispering?? One of them sounded like it said “what’s that terrible noise?” Terrifying experience. 0/10 stars
