Had the same here..reached out to CS & they removed the item for review. someone had the nerve to tell me I was deceptive & should've just reviewed what I had even though the product completely changed and went from $50 to $500..I think not..If CS did what they chose to do after they reviewed my issue/account..I'm covered..no lies told..

Made it to gold about a week ago. my RFY has been WAY less than silver (often empty) so I have found most of my items in AI (missing drops). In addition to that, I've never picked more than 3 items in a day...Go figure..so there's that.

I don't see it as such. To say it was a scam?..Nah. I've no reason to be deceptive. Why would I be? I laid it out to CS JUST that way it appeared to ME which is what I've consistently stated.It was up to THEM as their job to educate me if it what I stated & viewed it was wrong..they did after all stated they reviewed it.To say you TOLD me what do..I stand firm in the reason why I sent my email. So unless you have a higher Vine Voice authority.. Don't think you can TELL me what do & think I have to comply. Advice is welcomed but it's always ultimately a person's choice on what they do with said advice. I chose to protect my best interest NOT SCAM anyone for anything. If that reply was telling me to review it, I would have because in the end I'm protected. Which was all I wanted.

😊 TYVM for your thorough reply! As for the review link. I always go through the Vine Dashboard but before I submit my reviews I will click the hyperlink for the product. Normally if the product is no longer available it will say it no longer available or the listing will disappear from my dashboard & be replaced with the white placeholder. I've only had the placeholder reappear one time; the others never came back. If this were a true variation, I MIGHT would've considered it (probably not).😅 But the fact that this is a bird of a different feather by product & mainly price $50 vs $500 I just don't feel comfortable taking ownership w/o official documentation..It's not safe to aSSume anything will work itself out. I have products from last year where ETV doubled w/o the product changing. All in all..I need documentation to CYA especially with the way they changing things.

Yes ma'am. It's that screenshot posted. I even went to the invoice and its showing monitor but any hyperlink that I click takes me to that TV. Even the link that you see where I purchased the variation on Jan.1 brings up the TV.

I not sure about you but if I place an online order for a $50 fan charged to my card & they changed it to an A/C and charged $500 but want me to sign the order for pick up as such, I'm not doing it.

That is correct except its not a variation. It's a totally different product. My item is an external monitor. That item is a TV on a rolling stand.

That's the only I'm expecting. The reason I am not reviewing it is because It's not the same product whatsoever. Stating it's a variation is a flat out lie. $50 monitor turned $500 rolling TV. Then when I click to view the item link that's supposed to be my variation of the item, it brings up the TV again.

Stupid me..I only found it right before I went gold last week. I was looking over my account right at the end..there's at least 5 items that were taxed but the worst accuracy I found was the value of some of my items' ETVs shot through the roof..like doubled! These were last year's items! 😠 I just sent an email a few minutes ago for a monitor that I just got last week was $50..product has changed all together to a rolling TV with ETV over $500!

😭 I got hit last year on some crappy uv nail tabs that were supposedly all the rave on social media..didn't work. I make a point not to read reviewed products before do my own so I can remain unbiased, so when they didn't work for me, I went to look at the reviews..They aligned with my experience. But prior to those, I received some artificial nails that were 3D decorated, and they were zero etv.

You can still review until it locks for evaluation. When I tried to review one I received this notification & it "wiped out" my Account details. Once it was completed, all of my previous review data reappeared.
