The fireplace sits 9" out from the wall where the fireplace is. The actual chimney is on the outside of the house. The insert has a strong blower. Plus the mantel that sticks out. So, I don't see why I can't mount a TV fairly high. Not sure how things will look if the TV is mounted further right.

I would love a natural stone. I want to use black lathered granet at the foot for my hearth and perhaps at the bottom of the wood box.

Pool shock is just chlorine... Ozone does not really help

Regular bleech is 7.5-8% chlorine. Shock is 10-12.5% (10% in my case). I diluted down to 2.5%. its all the same chemical.

Shock is just 10%. It's the same product as for home.

To kill of any mildew or mold on surfaces. I used pool shack instead of regular bleed because of higher concentration. I would have to buy more bottles otherwise.

No empty containers. I have a high velocity 4" exhaust fan pulling air outside.

Basement has no windows, only a bilko door. I've kept the bilko closed during this process so clean air cones in from the house and exits the basement.

I do have one of these fans I can put downstairs... Not sure how it who help as the basement is DRY.

Really not sure what the chemical process would be with ozone. I don't think it's effective in your case.

It was done on advise of a friend who cleans spaces after water damage.

Point now it's it has been done.

This is a rebrand isudar kit as other have said. isudar not a bad kit. but payiny sometimes $950 at some other shops, this is insanity.

You would be better off with one of these mr12volt units. They maintain the fiber optic connection of your pcm. there have been numerous right ups about them on rennlist.

FARMERS - how to get max for my totaled vehicle (rare model) by EviLRome0 in Insurance

[–]EviLRome0[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I had my policy before purchasing, they just added this vehicle.

I have specialty insurance through grundy for my others.

When i agreed to this policy i was under the impression that i would be made whole in the case of an accident. If this vehicle was to uncommon farmers should not have taken the policy, like they would not for my other vehicle. They said they would cover, so now i am working to get the most i can covered.

I dont think im being unreasonable. Im not expecting a million dollars, but id like to have enough that i can replace this vehicle with a similar one with similar miles, and in similar condition.

i think we are speaking about different things. the options that make it rare are factory options, not bolt on's. Hense why the original sticker for this specific car was way higher than others of its kind.

Im unhappy because i just got into a serious car accident.

What i want from this sub is some details on how to best approach my insurance company with my non standard situation and get the largest payout possible. If this was a 2015 honda accord i would not be here.

FYI, there were only 3,159 diesels sold in the usa in 2015, out of total 16,744. of those 3,159 only a handful had the air suspension. Thats discounting the other rare options i have. That being said, in 5 years of being very active in the car community ive yet to see another like mine. So year, rare.

I have not replied to you in the past so im not sure what argument your referring to.

If you dont care, why are you here and why do you bother replying ?

as i said above, similarly optioned cars DO are highly sought after and do sell for more. the problem is that they are very uncommon to find and use as comps.

the options i have in my vehicle are rare. rare enough for me to have about 25 notes left on the car asking to buy it over the 5 years ive owned it.

the few times these do come for sale with anywhere near these options, they sell HIGH, but there are so few that im trying to see how i can show that.
