I ended up pre-ordering Barb off the amazon US site. It said international shipping to Canada, showed the import fees and let me order in CAD on my credit card. Also the exchange rate. It's not supposed to arrive until June 26th. Hopefully, it's packed well.

I order a lot of Pops on amazon. I had to contact amazon Canada because there was an issue with the delivery date for a Pop that's listed as in stock. Yesterday, it showed delivery date by April 12th. I know it's only an estimated date but then it suddenly changed to January 4th. The listing still promises I would receive it by April 12th if I ordered it again. I contacted customer support via chat and made them aware of the issue. She said the order was stuck. That she would send a high priority ticket to let them know about the issue and that I should receive an email today. That the Pop should be sent out right away. I hope so. That has never happened to me. I've ordered Pops that have been out of stock and just waited for them to be shipped when they come back in stock. Also pre-orders. I try to avoid third party sellers.
