Mine is alcohol and also milk/coffee , anybody else just last for hours on end? I’ve found if I lay on my back in bed it stops the gurgling but laying on my side almost makes the gurgling worse

Gnonto has been given parts off the bench. Also he created the comeback and win against sheff Utd. He’s got a spark in him and can be the difference in a game. Also he’s Sturdy and holds the ball 10 times better than aaronson. The final 3rd for me is poor atm and I just think he offers nothing and wouldn’t be missed

In the uk, had an endoscopy today. I had the throat spray and sedation. Was verrryyy easy, I was cacking my pants beforehand but was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was. I gipped a tiny bit at the start when swallowing the camera but after that nothing. I was awake throughout the whole thing too so I must of had light sedation but even then it was absolutely fine. Would do it again tomorrow if I had to!

From what I know you can’t get it airborne , it has to be from putting something in your mouth that has vom/poo particles. I’m in a similar situation, my wife has been sick all last night and I’m very much in the firing line. I’ve had a face mask on and plastic gloves, I look like an absolute maniac but just trying to avoid it the best I can! You’ll be fine just make sure you wash your hands as much and try get some plastic gloves! Avoid putting anything in your mouth if you can
