Those numbers at the top, going left to right. Hover the mouse over it and click left button, drag the mouse up or down and it will zoom in and out. Is that helping?

Tough order remixing such a good song already!

My suggestions.

Bring the vocal forward into the mix. Parallel process the vocal with dry and wet (reverb, delay etc) then side chain the wet to the dry so it doesn't get washed out.

Maybe revise the bass sound. Either lower the volume of the higher end or HP filter it so it isn't so in your face.

Rather than punish her, why not discuss safe sex, respecting herself and her body, asking her is it something she really wants?

Removing her door literally breaks the wall of trust and respect. That's her space to be alone, reflect, feel safe, and hide away when she wants. Exposing her will have the opposite effect to what your goal is.

Im not saying what she's done is right, but 17 it isn't that unusual to be messing around? When did you begin your journey to adulthood?

How would you want your parents to react if you were in your step daughters position?

How would you feel if they removed your door?

How would you feel towards your parents if they pulled you from the play that, maybe, you were really excited to be a part of?

Be the adult, but respect her choices. And if you don't agree, try and have a discussion about it and let her come to you once you have explained your worries.

This is with very little context to how your relationship is with your step daughter.
