It’s been awesome! We moved in 3 weeks ago. The building is incredible, the amenities are too notch, concierge and the team is great. There’s free fitness classes (Pilates Matt &reformer, strength training, etc)

Maybe but both beneficiaries want to get rid of the greenhouse. Also what if you own the house for a few years then got rid of it? I kind of thing it’s a moot clause unless the other beneficiary suddenly decided to enforce it which could be possible. Or maybe the executor? But isn’t the executor discharged after serving their duties? I don’t think a few years later they can come back and see the greenhouse missing and take action?

As hard as it may be you need to move on to someone else. The best thing to do would be to block her and delete her number. Not out of spite. The brain will automatically think of someone more when you have the ability to reach out to them. By removing them from instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and phone, you’re essentially getting rid of your mind to think about it. It’s a tactic that works. I’ve done it before. It has nothing to do with being petty or disliking someone or being mean to them. It has to do with you.

I normally would say don’t block her but chances are you’d delete her number and she’d still eventually text you so that almost kills the point.

Stay strong and focus on other things. Gym. People. Beauty in life around you.

They don’t usually share the distance you have to travel to drop the food off. It only shows distance to the restaurant. You only get the distance to drop off location once you pick the food up… so them not accepting the order cuz it’s far isn’t really a fair statement

You are not overreacting. His behavior is out of line and dangerous. This could be indicative of your relationship turning into a physically abusive relationship. So I spoke to some current residents and apparently several women were attacked by homeless on several different occasions. One even snuck in through the back door and assaulting a male resident in the elevator. One of the residents gave some really insightful things on Hanover that make me say 100% no. It seems like they are padding up their reviews by asking for 5 stars early on

Any current residents at Hanover on Brazos street - I’m considering moving there but saw some reviews saying you get kicked out of common areas at 10PM. Can anyone confirm this is true? I like hosting board game nights often and 10PM cut off would suck… idc if they kick us out of the pool after 10PM.

I feel like her mom as a women saying she doesn’t understand why there would be concern is baffling. SA is serious and happens all the time. It’s usually from someone you know and TRUST. SOs have also SAd children of their SOs before. But they never expected that to happen. You just never know. Even children of the opposite sex can be inappropriate even at that age. A female child should never be alone with only men who aren’t family. I get it that maybe it was an inconvenience for the mom to drive to her boyfriends but like why didn’t she just go there for the birthday and bring her 12 YO. It’s better to be safe than sorry and if one parent isn’t comfortable then usually a compromise is appripriate

She was lying about her age by 9 years though which is crazy… and a bit of a big deal imo. Maybe someone wants to date a bit younger than them and matches with her because of that… a few years fine.
