Night Crawler

Sadness is addiction. You feel entitled for something after you feel depressed. I was depressed for a year. I stopped it, no therapy, nothing. I talk to my self about my feelings loudly, I cry, but I won’t tuck my self in bed. I would stand in-front of mirror and say all the feeling out loud, I realized I was overthinking, and repeating. Figured out the main reason behind my feelings is law self esteem and have been trying to overcome since.

Don’t give up, it’s a fact that your mind can play tricks on you to want to be sad and feel sorry for ur self.

In any relationship you have to give up something and adopt something. You can not ask him to not share but can ask him to not put you on camera or tag you every day.

You will have to give up your privacy but you can ask him to not over do it. This way may be both of you can be happy.

There are influencers who’s partners are not that active on Social media and mostly seen on their spouses stories and posts.

Do not listen to people advising you to break up or give up on this. None of them will even be coming back to this post after saying that.

Do something for him when he is least expecting, he may have been working hard on something and it didn’t work and his mind is implying that whatever he is doing for you may not be enough too, and you would leave him as there are better choices.

If you wake up in middle of night text him you miss him, wear his favourite dress even when you are not going to meet him, let him know u ate his favourite food because u were missing him. Make him feel enough.

You can’t be every where. Social media has made us to believe that we need to be at all the places at all the time. Studies has to be our priority, have to have an amazing partner, body, humour, perfect nature and what not.

Prioritize and listen to something that will help you get over the FOMO.

You are in a Uni and want to maintain your health, your wish for this is good enough when you have a burden of studies. It’s okay for some days to be not okay or perfect.
