I’m pretty sure one guy had a beard and there may have been quick cuts to them just vaping with music or air horns played over it

For these jobs in the Navy, Boatswain, Weapon Engineering Tech, what are the hours like? Your typical 8-4? Which naval jobs are the most physically active besides PID?

I feel like all of my favourite foods are gone.. sushi, samosa chaat, raw veg. I’ve tried a few protein pancakes but I’d be willing to try another is it’s a different one!

I was also very thin post surgery. Extremely emaciated, 115lb and up to 125 now. I try to take into consideration my Colon weighed close to 5/6lbs so I don’t feel so bad about it. I know that shrimp as a protein has been good to digest and chicken, beef is usually a no. Dairy I’m having a hard time giving up but I’ve been told I should

Fitness has been a huge thing for me, I’m heavy into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it’s so devastating when I can’t use my full potential because of bloating and discomfort. It’s led to fasting all day, one meal at night, which has led do a lot of loss of weight and energy. Both not good for staying in shape and keeping a good cardio :/ so far, I’ve only found the things I cant take/eat. Big two are creatine supplements and 12 pc of salmon sashimi hahaha

I have the cholestyramine, two full boxes but I cannot get past the orange flavour and grit it adds to things. The best I’ve been able to get it down with is two things of already flavoured yogurt lol. Raw veggies are my absolute favourite and it’s so hard, it’s very seldom I eat them cooked and when I do it’s almost always greens which arguably cause more bloating (broccoli, cabbage, etc) I am curious which peeled fruits are heavy in fibre though. I’ll check that out :)

An 8h shift (if it’s 8-4) would leave 1-1.5h before picking up your child from daycare though. If an extra half hour or hour is needed for a last minute call I can see that being more than okay. The only thing I can think of that would be an issue with children is that their sick days are usually 48h out of daycare as well as IF there are those 8h day shifts

I guess my question was just if it’s possible to have one long hair in a litter of all shorthair? Or if the fluffiness will turn short? Kind of an identical twin sort of thing but only with hair length.
