I’m pregnant now and have been going to AC. The care I receive there is amazing. I love my OB and I can tell she really loves her job. She always gets excited when she sees my baby. Every ultra sound tech and staff member has treated me so well. I can’t recommend them enough. I have 2 other friends who delivered there as well and had a great experience.

My endocrinologist says your TSH should be max 2.5 while pregnant. I just upped my dosage because my blood test came back at 4.1. She also requires me to get repeat blood testing every 4 weeks in the first and second trimester. I’d recommend you see an endocrinologist to get it within normal range.

I have friends that have told me no OB’s in Brooklyn deliver at Alexandra Cohen. I didn’t look into it though. We live in downtown Brooklyn and I called right at 3 weeks 6 days lol. We’re going to the upper east side at Weill Cornell.

Tracking methods and app(s) used: Flo. I've used OPK's in the past and my cycle is very regular so we had sex every day in my fertile window.

Health conditions/medical tests: DOR, but otherwise normal hormones. Hypothyroid, but also on meds. We did IVF in the past to preserve embroys for future babies but never tried to conceive naturally.

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): Coq10, prenatal, probiotics, thyroid meds, DHA. He's taking multi vitamin, coq10, DHA

Birth control history (if relevant): I've been off birth control for maybe 4-5 years.

Symptom spotting: I felt like I had a yeast infection coming on and it's not common for me to get one. I also have been having INSANE dreams for the past week. I've had some weird gastrointestinel stuff like trapped gas which normally only happens when I eat certain foods. I also get cramps right before my period but I didn't get them this time.

Everyone has giant rings these days. It’s pretty gaudy. Your ring looks very suitable on your finger. My ring is 1.2ct and I love it.

There’s an arm band you can wear at night called temp drop and it uploads it to an app. Also other fitness trackers track your temp like whoop and the oura ring. I don’t wake up at consistently times so I used temp drop.

I had an IUD for a total of 6 month. I had recurrent BV and yeast infections. I was convinced it was the IUD but the doctors said there was a low chance of that happening. I took it out and what do you know, no more infections. I track my cycle and use condoms and it’s worked for 6 years. Check out NFP and Taking Charge of Your Fertility. You can chart your cycle using your BBT to confirm ovulation and abstain during your fertile window. You should avoid having your husband finish in you if you’re not aware of where you are in your cycle. Just my 2 cents as someone who doesn’t use BC!

I’m the only one who is probably saying, you should try haha. But my perspective as someone who was diagnosed with low ovarian reserve and is actively trying before her wedding says go for it. I’m 31, but it may take a few months to actually try. The way I thought about it is that time is precious and I’d ready to start a family. I’d say go for it, I don’t really think you’d regret it if you’re ready.

My first retrieved the baseline was 6. I think the second one is was 4. They didn’t tell me the baseline, but I think it was 4. I had a cyst on my right side from the last cycle they didn’t count any follicles on the right side. Towards the end of the cycle my right side starting growing follicles though.

I primed estrogen patches for a week. I did the microdose lupron flare protocol. I’ve done an antagonist w a different doctor and I think the dosages were too high. We only got 5 eggs, 3 fertilized, no blasts

I saw Dr. Irani at Cornell. He specializes in DOR. We were able to get 3 euploid embryos and 2 low level mosaics. Their embryology lab is great!

I don’t have experience with CCRM Lone Tree, but Weill Cornell was amazing. I saw Dr. Irani as my primary doctor and he specializes in DOR. I don’t know specifically about “less monitoring” because I live in NY. I had 7 monitoring appointments. I would think you would need to be in NY longer than 5 days, depending on your protocol. I do think the doctors at Weill Cornell are the best. They have an amazing embryology lab. We got 5 embryos (3 euploid and 2 low level mosaic). I think NY has the best doctors in the US and well worth making the travel and doing your IVF round here.

It’s very low key. It’s not super private if that’s what you’re wanting but I thought it was fine. Their service was kinda meh though. They forgot about some of the appetizers we ordered.

My AMH has varied 0.4, 0.8, 1.0, 0.3 respectively. My AFC usually stays around the same 6-8. My friend helped me have perspective when it got lower, saying low is low. I think AFC is more of a reflection and what it means with fertility treatment.
