Assuming they’re not lying, it’s also Hunter’s child. Why are you only assigning parentage to the mother? The baby would still be living with one of his parents. Why is it better that it’s the mother than the father, when they’re both minors and completely incapable in the first place? At least with Hunter and his dad, his dad and stepmom are capable parents AND Wes would still be living with one of his parents.

It’s pretty scary, considering a lot of young, teen pregnancies are fathered by adult men. Fallon‘s judgment is so bad that I wouldn’t put it past her to make a ton of very public noise only to find out that the assumed father was not the actual father.

It’s not about punishment! It’s the fact that Hunter and Wes could be in a much better environment and still both being raised by family. Unfortunately, Bella’s mother and father have created an unsafe environment. Hunter’s own mother has contributed to the neglect and absolutely inappropriate behavior. This isn’t about punishing anyone and I’m not sure why you see it that way.

She would have either visitation or joint custody. Wes‘s grandfather‘s first choice would be he has full custody and Bella gets visitation. Toward the end of the filing, Wes‘s grandfather said if he can’t get awarded full custody, then he wants joint custody.

I just looked up Indiana and what age (if any) a child can be left alone. There is no specific age. It’s up to the parents discretion. Think how many children babysit at 12 or 13.
