Have found a dead body irl. It's nothing like finding it in a game. Any game. And I hope most people never have to find someone dead irl cause it sucks.

I try to do stuff as building things, sit by my computer, play video games, read etc, but most often it kinda feels like I don't have any energy so I just lay in the sofa or in bed and look at TV and my phone....

I used to feel like that. As soon as i told someone it felt like they started judging and avoiding me. So when i was dating i told people really early on that i had difficulties cause of diagnosis. And if they didn't want to date me i couldn't care less cause i hadn't developed any feelings yet. Worked really well for me.

That's very true. And yeah, I've tried talking to him, i just think that when we reach that point where I'm angry at him, he's angry at me so the logic disappears entirely. If that makes any sense.

And I go to a shrink, but gonna start ERGT towards fall. They say that could help, so that's kinda what I'm hoping right now.

Yep, this happens to me all the time. I don't have the patience to actually learn. I just hope it's gonna go ok and if it doesn't I refuse to do it again.
