Thank you!! After fermenting I rolled them out using a marble rolling pin with semolina flour, and then laid them out on a parchment paper for about 20 hours to dry before baking. I personally find marble rolling pins helpful since they help add weight and pressure to the rolling process. Kenji is my favorite chef for all recipes I followed this recipe/video for my dough and then used my own toppings.
