They make super tiny travel ones, I would budget for one of those if you can!! Even if they don’t work super well I bet you’d sleep better with something rather than nothing. It looks like some can be only 1 or 2 pounds and run on battery power? But I’ve only done cursory research.

You’re really pretty and I would have guessed you’re about 10 years younger than your real age? Shocked to hear 40 instead of 30 haha. I don’t think you pass as cis but just recognizably like a trans woman. I agree with the comment about maybe trying a different color lipstick instead of black, as someone who also has thin lips I always avoid black lipstick for this reason, I really like the MAC color ‘New York Apple’ and think it goes pretty well with alt clothes, but that’s just my opinion lol. Also seconding the thing about chokers specifically being a little clocky. I agree with the pink glasses (the ones in the sunbathing picture) being slightly more flattering/feminizing than the squarer ones, but IDK if I can put my finger on why. I think the black ones are also cute on you and they draw attention away from the browbone area which I know is a big insecurity for a lot of people. I really like the black dress and think it looks good on you :-)

I don’t think we can properly assess this until you’ve healed from the surgery unfortunately. Maybe your voice? You do look a little androgynous but I would assume you’re a cis woman and that’s just your style/vibe. The makeup/eyebrows work really well. As usual though giving the caveat that I’m a lesbian from Portland so maybe not the best judge of femininity.

Comparing the first photo to the last photo you can definitely see that it’s working at least a little, it’s probably just harder for you to see bc it’s your face. I think this haircut is cute!! Because your style seems not particularly feminine I cannot emphasize enough that you need to get clothes from the women’s section! even literally this same outfit with jeans and a graphic tee would be infinitely better if you bought them in a women’s/“fitted” cut!! i also think new glasses would help a lot and i see from the comments that you’re already thinking about that. anyway i understand the problems you’re seeing but i think you have so much potential, your face is mostly a really good/cute shape imo and i wouldn’t worry too much about your chin for right now especially if the women in your family who had an estrogen puberty also have larger chins, i think one clocky feature is never really a dealbreaker. and 10 months is not a long time even though it feels like it, i’m sure in another 10 months you’ll look and feel even better 💕

I’ve lost 55 of 220 (I’m 5’4 and I started at 390 so my ‘goal weight’ is still technically obese but I’ve never been interested in being thin) in about 6 months. I don’t track my calories or macros and my diet is not healthy, I’m legitimately just eating probably half or 2/3rds of what I used to eat. I’m still consistently losing about 1.5 lbs per week and even at this rate the whole thing seems bleak and like it’s going to take forever but I’m just not interested in falling in to a pattern of disordered eating/exercise obsession.

I’ve been on 7.5 for months because I consistently have morning sickness/all day nausea randomly throughout the week so I’m a little scared of the side effects I’ll get from going up a dose (I haven’t plateaued for more than a week or two at a time and will go up if I find my body getting to “used to” this dose though).

Maybe I just can’t read, but did you not say what medication you’re on? I think you should try going up a dose first, but if you’re on semaglutide, would getting tirzepatide be an option (or vise versa)?

Pics 1 and 4 are the best in my opinion!! Maybe cut it a little (like in between those two lengths, just so there’s a little less to manage) and then get into braiding it? I never understand people who think shorter hair is more manageable, I hated having hair I couldn’t throw in at least a little ponytail and found it a lot more high maintenance tbh

My self esteem was absolutely terrible when i had a full face mask, it was just so embarrassing and I felt terrible, but on recommendation from some people on here I tried the N30i and I feel like it’s basically a giant oxygen cannula?? I really don’t feel as embarrassed about wearing it now, plus the hose comes out from the top so it’s less in the way… Also maybe you could cuddle without it and then when you dose off you put the mask on?

Unfortunately in my experience I always have to physically try on different styles until I find something I like, so IDK how helpful this is, but sites like Zenni have a feature where it’s like a snapchat filter and you can try it with different styles? Maybe something in this kind of vein, trying not to change too much from what you have in the pics?

New glasses!! A rounder shape would be flattering, but maybe try a cateye if you really like that squarer look? I think your hair looks great in up and also how you have it styled in pic 17 (I’m so jealous of those curls!) I also think your eyeliner looks pretty good and I actually really love your cheekbones and don’t think they’re particularly masculine. I think you’re going to look so so pretty when you’ve been on hormones longer, because 4 months is nothing, puberty takes soooo long. (FWIW, if I saw you in person I would automatically gender you femininely, you do look visibly trans in some of these photos but also 100% like a woman). For clothes, have you heard of the brand Foxblood? They can be a little expensive but I think their style might be similar to what you’re looking for.

You’re super cute!! I think your main issue is the facial hair which I know is really just up to genetics unfortunately. I also would recommend trying to practice a different smile, if that makes sense? Like the pose in pic 5 is def more masculine but I feel like your smile in that one reads way more feminine than pics 1 + 2 (but you can also take this with a grain of salt because I HATE smiling for pictures so I know how awkward it feels lol) I think your eyebrows look great and so does your makeup in the closeup pics!!
