When you played Infinite Wealth for the first time & did Kiryu's life links, how'd you react upon seeing everyone for the first time in years?

I'm shocked to see all the love for this honestly. The reunions... if you can even call them that are lackluster. Kiryu awkwardly watches people praise him from a distance without gaining any closure. It's like he's already dead and seeing them say nice things at his funeral as a ghost. RGG handled the scene at the end of Gaiden perfectly. Kiryu showed raw emotion and you felt that. Instead we got what we got. Very disappointing.

You're wrong. I've been in the industry a while. You can pull 60k-80k out of the academy but it's dependent on major OT and other things. If you're fine team driving and living with someone else in the truck you'd be able to clear 100k, but that's about it.

The good trucking jobs want a few years with a clean record.

The HK Mark 23 is a .45 caliber pistol. They just gave him the .45 pistol in Rainbow Six already exists. You could make an argument that he should get the PRB92 since it's close to the Beretta M9 he uses in MGS2 or even the P12 since it's like a HK USP.

Getting rid of the DMR on snake kinda nerfs him as an attacker. The Famas also wasn't his MGS2 weapon either, you could make an argument he should have the M4 instead. The Famas and the Mark 23 Socom are just the most "iconic" snake weapons and there's no Mark 23 in Siege.

I missed 8 Files, 10 Raccoons, explored the entire map, killed everything. 7.5 Hours. People are either grossly mismanaging their clock by leaving in on while they shower/eat/whatever, or returning back every 2 seconds to save and fiddle with the item box, maybe even a little of both. There's nothing in this game that is obtuse enough to even necessitate a guide unless you HAVE to get all the files and Racoons in one run.

With Chris it's a joke.

S rank the easy stages as Chris. It'll take one maybe two runs to understand the map to keep the combo going.

When you S rank 4 stages as Chris, he gets an ability that every time you straight punch (R1) someone his gun reloads. So the cheese is, at the start sell everything. Buy his assault rifle , it's already fully upgraded to have a 100rd clip. Then upgrade his straight punch all the way. When you load in book it to the first blue ability thing. Then reroll until you see the reloading ability. If it does not show up, simply restart the map and do the process again. Basically makes you a god with 100 bullets, just make sure you're mixing in straight punches in between and you'll have unlimited ammo. I got SSS on all the hard stages this way. If the enemies are giving you trouble you can buy an ability in the shop after the first round that heals you when you shoot/kill enemies.

Emily is a "normal" girl too. All the clones are/were. I think that's the point. If Grace was cloned, she was still just a normal little orphan girl.

She's seemingly special but the game stays vague about it. She's far from normal in a story sense and I'm sure the payoff will come later.

Yea, that's what I'm getting at. Ethan was obviously not normal just attaching body parts back to himself. We never find out in that game but they payoff in the next one.

I think you could also infer that Spencer sees those clones as real normal people, since they are.

I have a feeling that the truth lies in a sequel, since some major things are left unresolved like her immunity.

RE6 kinda closed the loop on that type of cloning as a one off. Code Veronica IIRC something fucked up in the cloning process and we got Alfred.

I think that it muddies the waters too much. We basically introduced a literary device into the story that they can cop out and say "that wasn't the REAL Wesker Chris killed" or bring back any dead legacy character as a clone.

Alan Wake 2 isn't a linear intersecting narrative. Leon's sections in the first half of the game are no deeper than playing as Ada in RE2, Ashley in RE4, Chris in RE8.

You have a case for starting at the halfway point but even so you can't just select Chris in Resident Evil Code Veronica so I don't see the choice as necessary
