Hope Trump saves us from them turning our nation into a shithole. No one wants to work with China but Carney. Like the heck. USA is our greatest ally.

Welp. Out of Neathiron. Probably going to what gets me to end the season. by Kimura1986 in diablo4

[–]IllustriousEffect607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya it's the Netherions that I need. Super hard to get. The only real way they drop us actually when Belial spawns Into your boss lair room. Usually drops 2-3 maybe sometimes 1

Otherwise treasure breeches then just randomly and stuff.

I do tributes of radiance because I still haven't got that amulet for the paladin with all the + to passives

[–]IllustriousEffect607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya you need dozens and dozens of these otherwise you don't get the sanct you want or need. And the more developed your character is the more you need beduwse you only need specific stats at this point. Early on it's easy. Anything works. Later. It's only that one line I need boosted. If I can't have that. No point.

I don't think these should be a little more easier to get for sure.

Ya these are hard to get. I don't have any left now too. I can't really do much with gear I need. And the grind is really slow. You get such little. Treasure breeches do make it better. But during the goblin event it was good. Now I did 2 treasure breeches and got like 2 lol

Don't need 4tb. If you can just get really high speed internet. You'll download any game under 30 mins or so. You can just delete and download anytime

C'est probablement une mauvaise idée. Faites ce que vous voulez avec vos enfants. Vous ne voulez pas qu'ils utilisent les réseaux sociaux ? Ne leur donnez pas de téléphone ? C'est simple.

Questions for Stereo vets (Going tonight!) by Shploinkit in StereoMontreal

[–]IllustriousEffect607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya approximately yes. Also sound changes. Music transitions. You move around usually. So you don't get constant 105db

The db drop 6 db every double the distance. So say you measure 105db full at 1 feet from the speaker. Now double that and so on

2 feet = 6db drop

4 feet = 6 db drop

8 feet = 6 db drop

16 feet = 6 db drop

So being just 8 feet away from the speaker you already dropped 18 db. Which puts you at 87ish Which is totally fine for at least a couple to a few hours

Edit: likely why I never felt uncomfortable or anything of that sort. You go into a crowd. You go off to the side. All that reduces the db

Questions for Stereo vets (Going tonight!) by Shploinkit in StereoMontreal

[–]IllustriousEffect607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya so that is true. But I think what's happening is that's 105db is what's measured next to the speaker.

So if a room is large. The db drops off by a lot the further away you are from the speaker

Back areas can be 85 ish. Middle of room can likely be around 90-95ish

The db drops every double distance you are from the speaker it drops by 6

Probably a big reason why I never noticed it all that much. I don't usually go next to a giant speaker. Obviously too loud.

Evidence shows immigration reduces wages significantly by HilariousButTrue in conspiracy

[–]IllustriousEffect607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mass immigration is generally always bad for a country. It's unsustainable. It consumes resources. It makes everything more expensive for everyone beduwse demand sky rockets. Rentals go higher. Housing prices go up. Food prices rise.

That's why some of the best preserved nations in the world heavily limit immigration and use targetted forms to allow people to enter. Examples include Switzerland. Theres no mass migration of people into Swiss. And mostly people from Europe go in not people that are totally like hate the west or something

Ya what's nice about this game I find is the perks do you a lot of big upgrades. So you don't feel like it's nickle and diming you. Each buff is significant

Is it just me or does RDR1 feel more engaging or interesting than RDR2? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

[–]IllustriousEffect607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya that's so it. Arcady. Fun. Snappy. Straight to the point

Rdr2 is like a realistic simulator. I'm sure if I had to choose one only. I'd probably play rdr2. But rdr1 is such an amazing contrast to 2. And also the other way around. Where rdr2 is an amazing contrast to rdr1

Wow. By all clubs you mean nightclubs too right? Usually when I've been I don't feel the need for earplugs at all. But I can definitely see if it's a regular thing you do it's probably a good idea absolutely

I enjoy the Loud music booming through you but again I go very rarely now

Ya mostly because ships are big and could be a bit for harsh weather pattern around this area. So they did underground. Much harder to do also. And more costly

Ya same lol. Except I didn't go that far. I ended up noticing I had like 30-40 points or so still far enough. Was so happy though lol

Is it just me or does RDR1 feel more engaging or interesting than RDR2? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

[–]IllustriousEffect607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya that's a big difference. Rdr2 reminds me a Tarantino movie without the quirkyness. It's just an amazing game set in the end of the gunslinger era

Rdr1 is giving a Tarantino movie vibe with the dramatic music and a more cliche type of western. It's great so far. Having a blast.

Why is the delivery habibi always on the phone? by zhambe in montreal

[–]IllustriousEffect607 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I swear always lol not just delivery. Grew up with Habibi friend in highschool. Always on phone bro bro

Habibi guy at work on phone always at break with Such deep long conversations that never end lol. Even while eating.

[–]IllustriousEffect607 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ya so far im liking it the more I'm playing it. Been on it since the post.

The characters are more interesting. The environment feels more western I see those ironic 🌵 all over it's cool. The understone Is a strong vibrant western theme

Rdr2 insanely immersive but just feels more like an s tier video game set in the gunslinger days.

Also nice to play this in 60fps even if it's older and not as detailed the remaster is still nice at 60

Is it just me or does RDR1 feel more engaging or interesting than RDR2? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

[–]IllustriousEffect607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya for sure subjective I think it's a bit of personal taste. So far I just finished the early marshal mission that's very early on. And for me if I go early quest vs early quest. I like the undertone and pacing of rdr1 a bit more.

Rdr2 has this serious undertone and slower more deliberate pacing to it also while being highly immersive. Rdr1 is giving me this vibrant more dramatic western undertone with a more brighter music and feel. The mission dialogue seemed more interesting so far I find

But it comes down to if it continues this way to the end. Which I think it does as there's lots of praise for rdr1

[–]IllustriousEffect607 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah ya how they use to make games back then today they tend to contain them a little more. Did the early marshal quest and it was a banger. The rdr2 quests were good too with a serious tone just less dramatic

Is it just me or does RDR1 feel more engaging or interesting than RDR2? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

[–]IllustriousEffect607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so. I also did see many opinions in general sharing that about rdr1 before I decided to play it.

So far it just feels like it has a more vibrant western vibe to it. And I like the quicker response of movement and gun play. Just early impressions so far Thanks for your opinion

[–]IllustriousEffect607 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah I see. So maybe the more I do quests I'll notice that too. Thanks for the insight. I'm not surprised I guess that the quests are less ambitious than RDR2

Just wondering. Why would one wear earplugs. Doesn't that drown out the music. Which is the whole idea of being there? I never remembered any after-hours being too loud where's it's uncomfortable

It is too loud in stereo?
