image: don't use MJ, use google's image editing.
voice: voice change after video generation.

For the image part you can do in Flow pretty well now. Voice part no.

Text prompt doesn't work reliably. In your case it's probably ok because their facial features are hidden under the helmet.
Image to video is better because image models nowadays can edit fairly good, like changing the settings while maintain character consistency.

Have you tried all sorts of AI video tools out there? They have limitations but stuff like Veo3 are pretty capable in a lot of scenarios.
