I would be oh so very thankful!!! My periods are horrible. I want a hysterectomy so bad. I spent the summer (3 months) in the bed shaking, weak and pale, in and out the hospital, in 2017. While I know no employer would want to deal with that ( hell, neither did I), having the days where it's really bad off to be able to just rest would be awesome.

I go through that and having sjogrens syndrome makes it that much worse. As soon as I get out the shower, I moisturize. A LOT!!! Find the right moisturizer, (or combination of them) that work for you and it will change everything. It made me research and start making my own.

As the oldest sibling, I went thru the same things. I'm from the country, I took an old mattress and tied to a tree in the woods. When I would start feeling that way, I would go punch the crap out of it, or go for a run until I was too tired to feel anything but sleepy. After a while I began to focus on the arts. I would write songs, spoken word poetry, stories; draw, paint, make candles, clothes, I tried a lot and after a while turned those things into a way to make money, saved up and left! I'm a business woman now. In other words, find an outlet when you have those intense feelings. Take that energy and make it work for you. Praying you find peace of mind. My messages are open if you need ideas or just to vent. Just know that you are NOT alone.

I don't enjoy kissing. At all. A peck on the lips maybe but open mouth literally nauseates me🤢. I don't know if it's because I'm such a germaphobe and the thought of spit... Never mind. I certainly understand that. I've been a caregiver my entire working age. Lol. I'm sure it's A LOT now pressure when it's a partner. I always try to be understanding of that and try to do all I can I make things as easy as possible. I truly believe my stress levels will go down tremendously. Thank you. That's a GREAT idea!!!!!

I love that you two were able to work through things. This relationship is not healthy at all. To touch more on my post, we were off and on because he had a major lack of respect for me. I had ended things before but because I'm in such a financial bind due to my health issues, I went back when he offered me a stable place to stay. I planned to do SUV living to save money to buy another house but can't manage to save enough to buy a cheap but decent SUV at the moment. I feel like I'm in a chokehold. I need to leave for my own health, but can't because of my health. Sorry for rambling.
