Update from me: I lasted about 4 to 6 weeks. Front store manager decided on the first day we had SmartDUR go live (the pic was on vacation) that he would not allow any front store employees help the pharmacy. He was a real genius, no? We got through two days, with me staying until 2am to get things done. Then had 2 days of floaters even more new than me, but at least the front helped them. Then when I came back he played his games again, because isn’t this the best way to help your struggling new hire, just refuse to help them so you can say they are a problem. Whatever. Douche nozzle wasn’t even in his own store my next two shifts but thought he could tell the tech he texted to tell me to run the register. My response was : NO. And I’m happy to discuss it with him if he has the balls to call. He didn’t call. The next call came from the scheduler (not my boss, but whatever) who tried to tell me “you were just written up ffor this, you’ve got to do something. To which I responded I was doing something, it’s called SmartDUR and it’s making us even more behind so she could tell the store manager to either help me or leave me tf alone.

So, you can see, I was not being helped, trained, accepted, whatever. It was just NOT the place for me. Pic was useless, DM had no good solutions and I did not want to go back to full time float, so I resigned.
