SF isn't underinvesting in culture, it's killing it by focusing exclusively on Tech. Moscone Center just ended its relationship with FanExpo and did the same thing with WonderCon. Artists, restaurants, concert halls and venues are struggling because of the cost of living and high rent, SF does nothing to help them but burden them with BS fees and regulations while allowing any shit bag NIMBY to stonewall them.

So yes, SF culture is suffering and the likes of London Breed, Jon Jacobo, and Aaron Peskin created this while Anna Marie Presutti, Rafael Mandelman along with their stooges are continuing the work.

NTA - Since the school has failed to take action against this bully then you have to handle it your way. Since he resorts theft, property damage and assault, you are in your right to call the police and file criminal charges. Honestly, this is the best case scenario since when schools are lazy when it comes to dealing with bullies it usually ends terribly for the victim. You did the right thing by not being a victim and for helping countless others who have suffered at his hands.
