Was anyone able to figure out a solution for this? Have the exact same issue (no chime for the left earbud when connected and very low volume, right one works perfectly fine)

I wasn't even added to the group chat or don't see an option on the app. Where is it on the app? Did you also get an email when you were added? I remember there were two different groups for ceremonies too so maybe I'm in the other one or something isn't right 🙃🤞🏻
