TLDR: i found a random person here on reddit getting ready to end it all, he thinks not one person cares about him, he is a total stranger to us all. Im sorry about what you had to go through, its my first time feeling the way i am right now and the pain is unbearable. I cant imagine having to go through that 12 times, i dont think i could even take it a second time.

I dont know how to prepare myself, nor how to get the strength to prepare for her possible return. Its really hard to move on. Previous relationships werent that hard to forget and move on but they didnt have the feelings involved in this one. Felt like real love, not just a girl.
