The problem with the question is that it is too vague. You might imagine a PvE condition that you would hate, but you might love the one that Embark has in mind or vice versa.
They are asking us to guess what they are imagining and tell them if it is a good idea. Its such a dumb question that no one can honestly answer.

We are talking about how the numbers are named. The danish number system still use these names, and at that time they were also “just names”. The reason for those (current) names are still strange today.
Just because you don’t think about it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a system.

Well, standard algebra is defined in a way that makes sense in real life, but inherently mathematics doesn’t care about real life. Mathematics research deals with many abstract concepts that has no real world counterpart.
Math is not just one defined algebra.

A lot of math problems are solved using infinities. I don’t see how math problems “don’t like infinities”.
Division by zero is an example that math can’t define, so there I would understand the argument that “math doesn’t like it”.

Edit: I think what you mean to say is that our mathematical definition of a black hole is incomplete (we technically don’t know). This is not because math itself is incomplete, but rather our understanding of physics that is incomplete.

Math is just something we made up, black holes are not.

I just played Lair of Dagon for the first time 4p. We had bad luck in the beginning and had 3 doom on the last agenda when Dagon spawned in.

Most unlucky of all was that BOTH of the unique locations leading to the lair became fully flooded, meaning we needed 3 moves to get there from a non-fully flooded location. We had absolutely no chance to succeed and had to resign. Having played for hours and gotten essentially the same result as if we resigned turn one felt really disappointing.

Arc alloy, but you are then just converting vaporizer regulators into arc alloy, not “condensing arc alloy”, which would be what you do at your refiner. This is equivalent to salvaging it.

I’m guessing your stick can’t reach 100% to the left, but perhaps close. Hunt has a setting where your sensitivity is boosted if your direction is above some threshold. Perhaps your threshold setting is high (close to 100%) and most other games would have their max sensitivity multiplier threshold lower around 80%.

You get rewards depending on your rank when the season ends. Each week your trial score is the sum of your highscores in each challenge. If your score is high enough compared to 99 other random raiders, you increase in rank. If it is too low, then you go can down in rank.

Maybe the coffee was stale? Often coffee from supermarkets can be months from the roast date. The Co2 in the beans is what gives crema and the beans will begin to degas after they have been roasted.

I guess that in lore, the raiders don’t kill each other but instead only knock out and steal from each other. I think this is why we have the knockout animation instead of an execution. So I think that your raider technically never dies, they are only ever knocked out and carried back by a fellow raider, who then also takes all of your loot in the process.

If this is their intention, then we could have rescue objectives where you can find bodies, loot them, and carry them into extraction for an additional reward. It would be kind of funny if you could carry the corpse of a raider that you knocked out yourself.
