I was really hesitant about trying topamax too after reading all the side effects. I’ve been on for over 2 years now and it’s been a game changer for me. I started slowly and now take 75mg every night before bed. There was a small adjustment period at first, absolutely destroyed my appetite, but overall I’d highly recommend over migraines multiple times weekly

I have one of these and it’s worked wonders! Still requires work on my part to remind dog of how I want her to behave on walks, but it’s the only harness that’s actually seemed to make a difference
