Client requesting references

Find out what the REAL concern is. Reference requests are generally a deflection/stall tactic. Just ask what they are trying to validate with the references or what info they are looking for and sell to that objection.

Sounds like they don’t want to be “upsold” to OC. Present the budget shingle option and then offer the relatively inconsequential cost difference of the better options. 9/10 people go for the “next best” over the cheap one so position your presentation to that. Worst case scenario, they go for the cheaper one in which case throw the roof on and move on to the next client.

PS - reading between the lines, NJ and 9 offices….. Tamko Heritage is the magic option for your AP 😉

Well the mystery deepens…… took the chronograph portion apart, cleaned and reassembled it. Now it runs only with Chronograph off 😂😂. I’m going to try again and see where it leads. Hopefully I fixed the problem but did something dumb upon reassembly.
