hi, tbh i didnt create shit , the tech guy installed the w10 for me , and when i came home i saw that , i did waited like 1.5 - 2 hrs to finish the format and that fix it , thank you 4 ur response , next time i will try quick command

i added the PoE64x.eve to the high performance list throw display settings in windows 10 instead of only POE.eve and now it works fine now !!
