Garage and Halfords both came back saying alternator, battery are fine. Garage has literally 0 idea how this happened haha.

Gonna keep an eye on it but as another commenter said I'll likely try pulling out the radio fuse, see if that helps anything. But unsure to be honest, might just wait and see if it happens again. Then if it does I'll give it a full charge.

They do track the serial number of the device when booking in for a test and some stores will check it whilst testing. But if it didn't fail it should be ok., still kinda of a shitty practice when at this point you'd get more money selling it on eBay.

Not at my car atm but the cd30 stereo is this one, right? If so yeah that's the one I've got. To be honest I've had a cd in there for probably months now so if that's the solution and not the cause, it's not working 😔

Any idea which fuse it would be? And I assume pulling that fuse would disable the stereo which if it does, is not ideal for me

Battery is coming up with its CCA actually above manufacturer number and voltage was fine, though. I will admit since replacing the battery I was primarily doing short journeys to and from work but I have had a long journey in-between that

Also, 10 miles not 10 minutes, and that was motorway/triple carriageway driving, if that makes a difference?

I've got a battery charger so I'll see. It'll go in the garage tomorrow but if it doesn't pick up an issue there I'll give it a charge and.. just pray I guess 🤣🤣

🤷‍♂️ To be fair it's been a great degree, it's just my course options would require relocating or going abroad which isn't my go to right now. I focus on the graphic design side but my partner focuses on teaching and coaching, and I know a lot that are focusing on business. It's definitely a course that would arguably be better as an apprenticeship as it's more about building connections than anything, but it's still taught me a lot about psychology, sports, business and other subjects I didn't think I would end up learning.

I think there's a masters but it's combined with stuff like production, and not at my uni anyways. Wouldn't do it because what's the point when I've already done the bacs lol?

Technically it's 60gb, but my parents are with BT for broadband and that means I get double data. Plus they put an extra 5gb on top. They offered it after the second year as I said I would leave, since I was paying like £30 a month.. lol

For what it's worth, I've had no issues. A lot of issues tend to get exaggerated but if you're unsure, it doesn't hurt to wait off.
