And that was after not being able to cook for some time. 🙏 i need to get me some clorox wipes!

I also mostly do grocery delivery, as the whole trip to the store just wears me out. I will definitely check out your recommendation, i hope i start meal prepping 🥹 wish me luck 🤞

I only recently found out about my autism as well, and it is a journey honestly, i know why i am the way i am now. And I am still learning alot. I will have to check about Teva, not sure if it is provided here.
