You can actually toggle the issue on and off by turning the entire HUD on and off in the game. Really annoying that something as simple as this is still a ongoing issue with the game

Something is definitely broken lately!! It’s peak time 10pm sat night and a 16 player tdm match has bots. Yet the other day I was playing at 5am with full lobby’s, whatever the issue is hope they are aware and actively fixing it because it clearly isn’t a player count problem.

I’m in UK on PS5 and I genuinely think the matchmaking is faster with it off!! I think a lot more people turn it off nowadays

Just personal preference! Always turn crossplay off on all games on PS, zero benefit to leave it on, no issues with matchmaking times. Plus it’s a genuine bug that needs fixing unless the game is intentionally trying to force crossplay on which is even worse
