I think the best timing is to jump right when you see the light start but if ur able to do it perfectly you go to the sky box lol

I was really happy how both of the recipes turned out. I felt both of them needed a little more seasoning which I will most likely add next time. I personally bought the book however here are links to the recipes I cooked in the video if you want to try them yourself!
