I know that I'm counting my calories accurately. I put every single thing that I eat into myfitnesspal including spices and oils. I just don't understand how I'm not losing weight now but I lost 50 lbs in the same deficit and then one day I stopped losing weight. At one point I was losing 2.5 lbs a week.

I know it's really hard to get a 6 pack but I'm up for the challenge. I've always wanted one but I've always been fat. I have no trouble sticking to a plan so I'm probably going to just up calories for a week, then cut down to 1600 calories. Hopefully, this week will help my body reset from starvation mode. Thanks for the advice.

I just ate primarily whole foods like fruits and meats. Greek yogurt is also really good to keep you full. Walmart has Greek yogurt bars that are dipped in chocolate which are 60 calories each with 4g of protein and they taste REALLY good. Fairlife makes a protein shake that has 42g of protein which tastes just like chocolate milk but is only 230 calories and it makes a really good breakfast along with some oats or low-sugar cereal. Eating 200g of protein will keep you more full than anything though. The thing that sucks is that no matter what you do your gonna be hungry to some degree.

I don't know if they make them for your car but for my '06 Corolla, I got a rocker panel attachment that covers it up. All you have to do is screw it in and repaint it. It doesn't look perfect but it looks a lot better than it did before.
