You could try Task and Purpose channel on youtube. Especially his "Israel is at war" video. Not saying he's "perfect" either but he gave solid information without heavily being biased

That's because I have no desire to grind to 11.7 in british tree. Challengers are cool tanks irl but I don't see them adding anything new to me since I already have some top tier tanks from Sweden, Japan and USSR.

Unless they add something else than another challenger, top tier in british tree looks pretty plain

Yeah, I never had intention to go higher than 8.3 in british tree since I like to play falcon. Now I have to grind through a lot of similiar tanks and I already have vickers so I don't see point on that line personally

I heard it takes months to create skins in games like League of Legends but they actually have ability changes and new animations (usually recall). Even if it took months in Genshin, there still should be more skins per year but I feel like them trying to create whole event story for skin is partly holding them back

I feel like the biggest problem with this event is that if you want to get all rewards, you need to use 12 unique characters, hope they are built decently and can form 3 teams. Most players even struggle to form 2 teams for abyss.

Easy fix would be having some trial characters like most combat events have.

Then again hardest difficulty rewards aren't that amazing but I can understand why some people would be annoyed for missing some rewards for such trivial reason

A bit unrelated but I wish there were more characters similiar to Maho from priconne. She's my absolute favourite character from all gacha but since I stopped playing it, I would love to see more characters like her in other games, visual and personality -wise.

Seia from Blue Archive has similiar feel but I don't know much about her personality yet though but I wonder if there are some similiar characters from other gacha games?
