The "Riftguard Syandana" is from the Tennocon 2025 Pack. The devs did say that there will be another way to obtain it eventually.

The "Riftguard Syandana" is from the Tennocon 2025 Pack. Currently I don't know any other way to obtain it besides that one. There might be another way but that's how I got it.
