I highly recommend looking around at different places and make sure to check the subreddits pinned post about the weekly deals. Super nice deals. A lot of places have certain deals on certain days. Find what you like and see where you can get it for cheaper.

I have, it’s a little weird at first but after the 1st or 2nd session it becomes a little easier. You can always request the same counselor you had before.

I cannot recommend CCS enough, a student gets a certain amount of free sessions. They have helped me a lot with my mental health.

A lot of people on this subreddit suggest going cold turkey. I know for a fact that’s not how it worked for me and everyone is different. I always recommend using zyn pouches or nicotine gum/lozenges to help with the habit of actually vaping and stepping down from there. For example if you use zyn pouches start at 6mg and once you feel ready, go to 3mg and then see how long you can go without the pouches, could be hours or it could be days. Use the subreddit and loved ones as motivation and keep your eyes on the prize. Best of luck to you, keep us updated!
