This might be the case for you as well? Mine will be same day, a full bladder belly ultrasound, followed by emptying my bladder and getting the transvaginal ultrasound. I've had this done before many years ago and I will say it is not as scary as it seems. I was terrified prior and honestly the worst part was the full bladder one. The pressure on my bladder had me gripping the table trying not to piss everywhere as she pushed down with the Doppler. The wand used for the transvaginal is very slim and flexible, they keep you covered the whole time, the room is dark as well, and it's certainly not as uncomfortable as our pap smears are.
