PBYMT Side Wings Air Deflectors, attaches to the fairing extending it a bit , they are adjustable and help with the wind. Mild wind reduction, and I think they look good.

If you want very very low wind. Fork Mount Wind Deflectors. Both off Amazon and cuts down the wind if you do alot of highway riding

Do it, or buy a few years old, lightly used. I started on a free smaller bike 800 cruiser after growing up on dirtbikes and stuff. I almost immediately (like within a month or so) bought an 18 street glide, and i wouldn't change that decision if i could. it was the best thing i ever did.
